Hi everyone,

Im due to sit my PGMP in April 2021 (hopefully if lockdown lifts in the UK) and while I have been studying regularly for the last 6 months I am still finding myself struggling with the Exam prep questions (doing groups of 20 questions each evening Im rarely averaging more than 40%-50%) success rate.

I have been through a preparation course which gave a mind map view to consider when approaching the exam and I do still have access to the course leader and will be doing some direct prep with him, I have read and reviewed the standard and also Im working through the Ginger Levin exam prep.

Irrespective, Im still feeling very apprehensive about the exam and I dont feel that Im able to "map" the details I have read and learned to the obvious answers. I've read that the exam is 70% scenario based vs 30% in the PMP and even where Im sitting down, logically pulling the question apart, noting things down and trying to apply a best answer suits approach Im still coming up with the wrong answers.

Does anyone have any other tips, perspectives on approach that worked for them or just general advise that I can take into account. Id point out any budget for training etc has been spent so Im not looking for any more direct training or references to prep courses.

Much appreciated
Ewan
