I have tried to clear the cookies and tried from 3 different devices but no luck.
I checked with the 24x7 chat on PMI but they said no such ongoing technical issue that they are aware of.
Has anyone else had this issue, perhaps?
Does one need to be a PMI member and/or a member of the local chapter in order to commence the application? I wouldn't think so; in case if that's the reason my application isn't loading at all..? Saving Changes...
I cannot add more project experiences while going through the PMP application. Anyone facing the same issue?

How many have you added so far? It is possible there might be a limit on how many can be submitted. I'd recommend contacting PMI Customer Care...

Hello everyone,
I am having the same issue on my MacBook Air running Ventura 13.0 and am not on a VPN, connected at home directly to my Wi-fi.
When I click 'Apply Now For Your PMP' it starts loading and the application page flashes just for a second then I get a 'Something went wrong' message. I've cleared the cache, tried other browsers, and restarted to no avail. There seems to be something blocking this page from appearing.
The support person I spoke with said PMI does not run on Mac?! Can anyone help, please?
Thank you!
Hi Jane. I have the same issue. I'm also running on Ventura 13.6. I've only ever used my Mac and although I've had similar problems previously, it has eventually loaded. This time however, it isn't. My VPN is off also. What is extremely frustrating is that PMI don't seem to be owning any accountability and provide better support to this issue which has been ongoing for a couple of years now. This is extremely frustrating. Running a fully up to date Mac, no VPN, and tried multiple browsers (Safari and Chome). I have been attempting to submit my ACP application for a week. Reached out to Chat support, but they were not helpful. Any help here? The app will open on my phone (but I can do the needed typing on my phone....) Saving Changes...
You need to update your personal information, and then you can apply for PMP exam. Saving Changes...

My laptop is provided by my employer, and I can not disconnect from the VPN. Customer service basically told me I have to do it on my phone. Is this accurate? Is there no way to do it when the laptop requires connection to a VPN? Saving Changes...
