code of ethics and process when making decision.

What could be the correct method of making a decision based on an ethical question? was it to follow the PMI ethical decision-making framework guideline (assess, alternative, analysis, application finally action) or was it to make corrections promptly?
are the answers different from the older test version (before 2021) compare to the new?
(I'm often found errors made to the ethical decision questions in mock exam...)
