Current pandemic situation has definitely open up opportunities and changed the way a project is managed. Virtual project management was there but has now become predominant. There are different tools for virtual project management some claiming to be AI driven, using a Saas for continuous availability and easy integration etc. But organizations are still looking at the best fit.
Have you used any of the tools or planning to use? If yes, what is it and the reason for opting it? Even if you have not used or planning, any suggestions? Saving Changes...

The initiatives I've been working on continue to use Jira as the primary place to visualize and execute on the work.
Some new tools we've adopted have been Mural/Miro, Google Jamboard, Microsoft Whiteboard, etc.
We use Mural/Miro for story mapping, Roadmapping, OKR, retrospectives, lean coffee, ice-breakers, and other team-related or planning activities.I used Microsoft Whiteboard for executing a live training workshop, using on an iPad w/ pencil to actually draw the slides while presenting.
There are some other tools for specific exercises like retrospectives, poker planning, other that have been in discussion, however, not vetted by the organization for widespread adoption, including Jamboard mentioned above, though, I mentioned bc I experimented with a training workshop.
What I regularly see with adoption of these new tools is the quick fix, without proper integration into existing capabilities, thus we remain chasing a full solution. Mural integrates with Jira, however, if not configured the users are now left with another swivel chair tool and struggles to realize the benefit.
