Is anyone else getting the run around on DASM renewal? I've completed my PDU's and paid my renewal fee over a month ago and it is still pending. I've made hours worth of phone calls, gotten different answers at every step. I've sent emails phone calls, live chats. Everyone at PMI seems to be confused by the DASM renewal process. My DASM cert is expiring in Sept and there is a 7 PDU requirement, however I cannot find the information from PMI/Agile section how to earn it. The chat support just point me to CCRS. Is there anyone that can give advise on earning the PDU? Saving Changes...

Under education, you can watch webinars here on this platform which will be reported automatically. Each webinar will tell you which credential the PDUs will apply for. You can also claim manually any courses you took, self-studies and so on.
Under giving back, you can also claim your professional work.
Those are just some ideas. There is a CCRS handbook that is very well detailed and will guide you through all those details.
