Your local chapter may help with extrapolation from their membership figure considering that many certification holders aren't part of their local chapters... I'm not sure PMI has a window where the stats can be gotten
Normally I'd have suggested approaching your local PMI chapter as they usually get an extract from PMI with such data. However, as there is no chapter in Afghanistan the work around was to look at the certification registry (https://www.pmi.org/certifications/certifi...rces/registry). This isn't 100% fool proof because people can opt out of being in the registry.
Running a search for your country shows 149 people holding PMI credentials with most having a PMP credential. There appear to be only two with the PgMP.
