Best Approach to Project Management Training

I am preparing a 15 hours training on Project Management to be conducted via Zoom. Now I would like to know what would be the key elements I can focus on in order to successfully deliver and make the sessions as interactive and knowledgeable as possible.

I am trying to avoid the "ONE SIZE FITS ALL" approach, but then some candidates have experience and some do not.

Give contemporary examples while teaching and don't talk for long without breaks for your participants to intervene

Make sure it is as hands on as possible, show multiple options to address an objective (e.g. project charter vs. project canvas, WBS vs story map), and make sure to have the right balance between hard and soft skills learning.

Due to the long duration of the training session, it's fundamental to establish time for a break, and introduce interactive participation, to avoid lack of attention.

Use Zoom's breakout rooms to allow sub-groups to offer solutions to problems you pose for interative participation as suggested by Verónica.
