there are a few groups on LinkedIn (search for women and PMI), mostly from Chapters, so it is local rather than global (which makes sense given the differences in cultures and local situations, see Afghanistan). There used to be a PMI SIG but it was disbanded along with all SIGs.

In a week on Friday, 27.8. is a workshop by the Germany Chapter on the topic of strengthening the position of women in PM:
