Leaders must efficiently lead their project management teams and the practice of martial arts prints ancestral virtues in the leader's behavior that can help delivery and also in crisis situations.

Hello Michael,
I am aware of how leadership style is positively affected when you insert in the personality martial principles such as discipline, punctuality, change management (apply diverse techniques taken decisions in seconds in front of different situations or attacks :)), resilience among others. I wrote an article here on www.projectmanagement.com related to Aikido and PM that you could review and I would love your appreciation. I remain in contact for any comments. Greetings and thanks for connecting.

I have certainly seen how The Art of War can be applied to the PM world. I had never considered the 4 principles of martial arts themselves, or the 5 principles of teaching them. The 5 teaching principles seem an obvious fit. The 4 esoteric principles would be an interesting exploration.

To add to Keith's feedback, Shu-Ha-Ri as a Japanese martial arts concept has been used and abused in relation to increasing agility.
