1) Research skills - Continuous Learning Adaptability to new scenarios
2) Emotional intelligence: Intrapersonal skills
3) Emotional intelligence: Interpersonal skills
4) Project management methodologies
5) Organization - Time management

I believe PMI hit a home run when they defined the “Ideal Skill Set” as a combination of technical, leadership, strategic and business management expertise, and digital transformation skills.

Although technical project management and leadership-based skills are critical, I view them more as foundational requirements, with the Business Management and Digital Transformation skills being that which makes you stand out.

2. Interpersonal skills, superior communication skills.
3. Leading by example. Doer rather than talker.
4. Organizational skills (this includes time, budget, scope, risks, etc.).
5. Helicopter view (similarly to what Kiron mentioned about connecting the dots).
