Jus to comment. If you divide things in Agile something and Digital something you are doing the first step to fail. The organization is an open and adaptable system which responds to and creates environmental stimuli thanks the strategy. Because is a system then it has structure, architecture. What has to be transformed is the arquitecture. Inside the arquitecture you have business, application, technology, information and security architecture. For each layer, you have to decide how the components and relations will be transformed, always keeping high cohesion and low coupling between architectures. All this, with focus on strategy, which is this case is creating an Agile based architecture to gain into agility. So, my humble recommendation, do not buy buzzwords and cliches like agile something or digital something. Saving Changes...
