The image at the top of this FAQ page provides positioning of the ACP relative to the DA certs: https://www.pmi.org/certifications/agile-c...tification-faqs

ACP remains a method/framework/toolkit-agnostic certification whereas the DA ones all assume that you are interested in applying the DA toolkit. The ACP is similar to the DASSM in that both require both education and hands-on experience but one can complement the other.

Hi Kiron. Thanks for your answer. It helps to understand the certifications and how they relate, complement and overlap. My next goal is the PMP certification for 2022... still... I love learning about Agility and DA.

PMI-ACP shows how agile needs to be implemented with different practices and methodologies and is Project focused.

DA is a Tool-Kit to implement agile, provides options and guidance to offer Business Agility, and is Business (Enterprise) focused. DA covers ACP.

Thanks Verónica. Your answer about the focus of the certifications is helpful to keep the certifications in context.

While is not related to the certification itself I think one of the best things I read related to DA and how it match the PMBOK then the ACP certification is in the link below.
I used DA from long time from the time it was created and just before it was acquire by the PMI.
DA is like an umbrella that will help with all related and not stated in the method/framework you like to use to implement it.
ACP is a "generalist" and perhaps "agnostic" certification because it is based in all existing and recognized methods/frameworks (but to be honest, from the beginning you will find more precentage of XP/Scrum related items into it).
