PMO governance assistance

Looking for any reputable contracting companies in the US that can assist our company with improvements to PMO governance processes and partial shift to agile?

I know I am not answer your question, but just to comment governance process are the same not matter the approach you use. The thing you have to modify is the timming according to the method/framework you use to implement Agile.

You might want to contact Joe Pusz at the PMO Squad as this is the sort of thing he can certainly assist with.

I'm a bit concerned about the "partial shift to agile" as that sounds like "doing agile" rather than striving to be agile?

You better consult with your local Chapter members. They likely know some of those consulting companies. However, Sergio made a valid point.
