I am finding in projects that although LEAN is effective (minimizing waste and error), focusing on strategies concerning QUANTIM LEAN (reduction of time and total process time reduction, product flow are more impactful in achieving beyond requirements and delivering ROI benefits. Yet, in creating requirements, most stakeholders and team members do not recognize the difference and need to be educated. I would like to get the thoughts of others concerning.

I was not familiar with the term quantum lean, so I did a brief literature search. There isn't much in the public domain about it, so it is understandable that any benefits are not widely known.

Would you care to elaborate further on why the difference should be more widely understood?

All related to requirements exceeds the field of approaches, for example Lean or Agile. It could be located in quality field and it was a field of research from 1937 up to date. If you like to put it in terms of PMI you can find that business analyst role was born because of that before the PMI took some interest on the role.

My understanding of Quantum Lean is that it is meant to be a simpler approach to Lean to make it easier to grasp and implement.
