I didn't get to use it, but did receive some training on SmartSheets. If you're going to have a lot of users, you're going to want to have a pool of experts, with the ability for people to join the pool as their skills improve, and controls in place around who can change what. There's a lot you can do with it, and it will be easy to make a mess of it if you don't have good access controls in place. Saving Changes...
