I have 5 webinars taken on 4/6 & 4/7 that haven't been reflected in PMI website yet.

"Auto-reported Education PDUs (formerly category A) are batch reported to PMI at least once per day (each business day), but please allow 7-10 business days processing time."

In the best of times it's 1-2 days. It's been slower since the pandemic and right after a weekend I'm sure they have a backlog. I've taken some webinars recently and within 2-4 days, the request received and request processed emails arrive.

I agree with Keith - Sometimes it takes 10 days and I am talking from personal experience.

Give it one more week and if not reflected then send customer care an email.

Thanks for the feedback. It is a good type of complaint: PMI processed 30 PDUs in average of 2 days in the last three weeks! Hence, my high expectations!!!

Hi everyone. The processing servers are currently experiencing some delays. Thanks for your patience.
