The last two years have been focused on Covid, new ways of working, coping with our fears and a new approach to life, as we move gradually to another phase, what are the most common ethical issues in Project Management that we need to deal with?

I'd offer that there's not likely to be "new" ethical challenges in the near term, but some of the existing ones will get more common or critical. Ethical use of personal data and ethical decision making by AI solutions are two which come to mind.

I'd expect we will continue to have the same level of challenges as before with long standing ethical scenarios such as conflict of interest.

I do agree with Kiron. Some of them are being highlighted.

I find transparency is becoming a challenge post COVID. It could be attributed to high level of uncertainty so people feel reluctant to reflect the whole or true picture.

There are many ethical issues that revolve around diversity, equality and inclusion. And DEI is on everyone's radar.

Transparency, honesty, productivity, remote project management, confidentiality... are some ethical issues that we will continue dealing with since Covid-19 Pandemic

agree with most here that we will continue to see what we have seen regarding ethical issues and challenged human values.

Though we now see some disruptions those are not impacting our values.

We could do more in improving ethical beyond setting policy and sanctioning violations. It does not help with driving behaviors either. A good article how to nudge behaviors to become more ethical across the board is here
