Dear PMI colleagues,
Does any of you have already implemented a project related to a ˜Scalable Engineering Change Management Process˜, for small organisations? If yes, can you please share your experience or best practices learned during the project? I am pretty much interested to understand the facets related to the agile approach. Thanks for the collaboration.

You might gain traction from the community if you clarify a couple of things. We are talking about managing engineering changes, not organizational changes, correct? If you are a small organization, why is scalability a concern?

Hello Stephane, thanks for your interest!
Yes, we are talking about managing engineering changes. Second, the scalable approach could be seen as either "agile" but flexible enough to be adapted to the organization needs. Example: resources utilize informal ECM methods, with limited execution discipline. In short, the idea is to implement a method that keeps the organization flexible (due to minimum resources) while adding discipline and better execution, deliver positive results at the end of the day. I hope i can get my point across :):
