Dear colleagues,
I have taken my MSc. in Project Management last year and PMP certificate a month ago which I am proud of it. But I'm kind of exhausted since I've been applying jobs in Dubai, Abu Dhabi region ( I always wanted to work there ) the expected qualifications are overwhelming. Is this the problem with me or the contractors who expect 4 fluent languages, 5 management softwares, PhD, an extra brain, ability to see the future etc...
I have been managing construction sites over 7 years, but it seems like I will be unemployed in the near future, since I cannot read mind.
