There has always been a need for a PM to have a strategic mindset, but formulation of strategy for a product or business unit is normally done by another role with a PM potentially helping to facilitate strategic decision making.

If a PM decides to move into a portfolio or strategic program manager type role, then the focus would definitely be more strategy-oriented.

I fully aligned with @Kiron. In fact, that role that covers what you stated is inside the PMI scope: Business Analyst.

The evolving can be represented into a Portfolio Manager, position that involves developing a strategy-oriented direction of a Company

to add what others have rightly said:

PMI's organisational transformation micro certs give basic skills for strategy implementation. And look at the (mostly free) products of brightline.org, which was founded by PMI to bridge the gap between strategy design and implementation. For example the transformation compass.

If you look for a role, transformation manager would be a title.
