Hello all, please I want to make Kanban boards and distribute to colleagues, what material can I use?

I presume you mean work board. (A Kanban board is a physical manifestation of the application of Kanban practices across the whole organization.)

When I introduce the concept of work boards to a new team, I make it simple. I use a white board and sticky notes. I also keep the columns simple: To Do, Doing and Done.

Then I have standup meetings right by the board. That allows folks to move sticky notes during the meeting.

The problem I found is the value about using Kanban boards is inside the Kanban method/phylosofy itself. For example, if you use Kanban boards without specifying WIP limits (work in progress) the Kanban board is unusefull. But here comes the key point: is the company able to accept the impact when using WIP limits? I will assure that your colleagues will happy on using it. Unfortunatelly as other things lot of people use this type of things like buzzwords instead of reading the foundations which are outside there and I fully recommend to read and understand it.

If you need a virtual Kanban board, there are many tools available such as Trello, Smartsheet, Asana, and Jira. There are even some free ones. For a simple solution, you can create a board similar to the sticky note solution in PowerPoint, although I prefer the flexibility of Visio.

I'd start simple with a white board and sticky notes and move to an online solution only once the team is comfortable and capable of working with the physical method.
