Making Daily Work Fun and Easy

Due to existing staff shortages and talents, there has been a dramatic shift and increase in work load of existing staff who have to carry the extra work involved in their current duties or as an added duty/overtime pay. Due to individual lifestyles or choices, staff may need to carry on and continue working in their current jobs.

In your personal work experience, how are you able to make your work fun and easy despite the heavy workload and challenges that come with it?
