That already sounds puzzling. But you are correct, a lot of changes in our current world. Having a steady hand will be ideal. Any guide on how we can be predictable in the world of uncertainty?

I think over the last two years the "work-from-home" culture has really taken off - with COVID as a catalyst. In some ways this has changed our approach to human resource management which is a big part of project management. Communications has always been a major element of PM and it has become even more important as the PM office has become spread out. I think the office will gradually come back together but the changes in communications will last.
