I'm helping to curate and track progress on our annual and quarterly OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) for a 100 person Security team for a tech company. The past year, OKRs were tracked in a big, complex spreadsheet. I'm seeking the advice of better OKR management tracking tools. Considering apps that bolt on to Jira since we have 70% of our teams doing and tracking their work in Jira. Any advice would be appreciated

A quick search reveals Jira-based approaches to OKRa, as much as add-ons. Before investing into an additional product, it may be worth trying to see if you can generate and report your OKRs directly in Jira.
