Looking for feedback of your favorite cloud software solutions to manage a portfolio of different projects, allow clients access to update tasks and collaborate, document management and task management. I’ve used Jira for managing projects and working with clients, and it’s been pretty solid. Setting it up takes a bit of effort, but once it’s running, it handles a lot smoothly.
They make things easier when managing multiple projects, keeping tasks consistent and clear—especially helpful when clients are involved and need everything spelled out.

Simple: the tool that best fit for the defined solution process creation, where solution is equal to "the thing" to be created plus "the process" to create it. Today, we are using Jira Align + ADO. But I used lot of tools including it I will work in the organizations that created them as presales manager.
