While ERPs do bring a suite of best process practices, they also tend to be a large investment best borne by large enterprises. If that's the way you wish to go forward, most suppliers--Oracle, SAP, Salesforce...--offer ERP training for their products. (I took many of Oracle's.)
You may also be interested in citizen development--low code, no-code tools--which also targets automation and process streamlining. I started training on Microsoft's Power suite which couples nicely with its Teams and SharePoint offerings. Citizen development tends to be more of a bottom-up approach to ERPs' top-down implementations.
