Do you know of any defined methodology for working on projects in a hybrid approach? or is it just using several techniques and tools in the same project?

I understand that disciplined agile lets us choose the best project implementation approach in accordance with the characteristics of the project, but disciplined agile is not a hybrid methodólogy, right?
There is no such thing as a "hybrid methodology". Either you have a "methodology" than can be predictive-based or adaptive-based, or you have a "hybrid" approach that blends methodologies.

Disciplined Agile allows to determine and select how much predictive and how much adaptive you want to use in your projects. Expect each project to have a different blend.

When you create "a way" for creating solutions you have to think into a pyramid. In the base, the appoach (agile, lean, etc), over it the life cycle (iterative, incremental, iterative-incremental, waterfall, etc) that will support the approach, over it the method/framework that will support the life cycle (Scrum, V, XP, etc) and over it the tools. You can mix all these stuff to create what you need. DA could help on that running what they call WoW. To put this in terms of PMI all this work has to be done before started an initiative as part of the activity that belongs to Business Analysis called "needs assessment".

Our PMO encourages a PM methodology agnostic approach.

What that means is we have the expertise of many methodologies on the team and choose the project leader best suited to handle that respect type of project/way of working.

Hi.
some approaches (framework or models) for working on projects in a hybrid environment are:
PRINCE2 Agile, PMI Disciplined Agile, Scrum Hybrid, Agile PMO Hybrid Model,
In this area “Hybrid Project Management by Mark Tolbert, Susan Parented” is a good reference to read.
a hybrid approach requires tailoring project management practices and processes to meet the specific needs of the project and the organization.
A hybrid approach can involve combining different aspects of traditional project management with agile methodologies or using multiple agile methodologies together.
Here are some steps you can follow to implement a hybrid approach: Identify the project objectives and constraints, understand Project Complexity, Define the project management framework, Tailor the project management processes to meet the specific needs of the project and the organization, Ensure that the project team is trained and skilled in the project management methodologies and frameworks being used, Regularly monitor the project progress and make adjustments to the project management approach as needed.
a hybrid approach requires a flexible and adaptive mindset, a willingness to experiment and learn, and a focus on delivering value to stakeholders
