I will help a small group to review disciplined agile and to begin a certification path. Which will be the best divisions for the topics?

I'd recommend starting with the DA mindset first as that is core to everything else. Once the group is comfortable with that, you could look at the overall toolkit (i.e. the different layers), then focus on the foundational layer - life cycles, roles, the process decision framework and so on.

Alternately, assuming the full group has been through the DASM (or DASSM) workshop, break it up according to the study guide sections.

Yolanda,
I would review this assignment from the ADKAR Model (Prosci) perspective, a powerful framework for understanding how change can happen with a single individual. The ADKAR Model enables leaders and change practitioners to focus on what will drive individual change and achieve organizational results.

Please, elaborate on these five elements of successful change:
a) Awareness - change begins with understanding why
• What is the nature of the change?
• Why is the change needed?

b) Desire - change involves personal decisions
• What's in it for me? (WIIFM)?
• A decision to engage and participate.

c) Knowledge - change requires knowing how
• Understanding how to change
• Training on new processes and tools

d) Ability - change requires action in the right direction
• The demonstrated capability to implement the change.
• Achievement of the desired change in performance and behavior

e) Reinforcement - change must be reinforced to be sustained
• Actions that increase the likelihood that a change will be continued (e.g., recognition and rewards)
