Graphic software for landscape design

Hello, dear participants!

I am currently undergoing a course in IT management and I have a task to calculate the working capacity of the work in people/days to determine the estimated cost of the program product to implement landscape design projects. You can take an analogue, such as Revit or Archicad. These programs also have the opportunity to complete landscaping projects. This course gives the general concepts of programming, but to understand what can be the architecture of the programming process, which is best to choose methodologies, frames, programming languages belonging to a particular project, it is not clear, people study for a 5 -year programmer for at least and then gain experience to understand all of that. But there is a task and it is necessary to perform this in some way. I hope that someone will be able to share their experience or experience of acquaintances on this issue. I can’t to write the technical task without the assistance of the programmers. From the user's side, I can say that the functions should be similar to Archicad or Revit function (draw different typically objects - linions, curves, voluminous figures, create different types of surfaces with given technical characteristics), render is simple, not so complex and high quality like in 3Dmax. There should also be a large library of plants, such as 10,000 species, for each species will require information about the required climatic zone, soil, fertilizers, summisticality with other plants and library of elements (building structures, ready -made elements - pavilions, benches, different types of coatings, facing materials, information about different types of soil, climatic conditions - for example, another 10,000 elements). How long can be the Development of such software and data bases (ARCHICAD or REVIT) last? The calculation are need firstly at the Development stage. But if someone also tells the duration and composition of the team in the Inception and Run phases, it would be wonderful. I understand that this question can only be answered by people who have a similar programming experience. Required command composition (for exemple 1 PM (100%), 1 BA (70%), 5 Front End (100%), 5 Back End (100%), 3 Testers (70%), 1 DevOps (30%), 1 Architect (50%), 1 Team Lead (100%), 2 Tech Lead (100%), 1 Deliver Manager (40%) - 1 year Implementation ). And if it is possible to show non -functional requirements, for example, it is necessary on the server (remotely) to be created and stored and then transferred to the customer (this also costs a lot), you can recommend such cloud environments, and I already calculate the cost depending on the timing. And at the RUN stage how much can support such software cost? Thank you very much to all people who will find the time to read this and share comments. Have a good day! 😊
