You will find a lot on Google. You can also search the Template section of the website.
PMI members can download Practice Standard for WBS which can be very helpful.

It’s good to have a template but especially for WBS, I highly recommend you do create your own that is customized to suit your project needs and level of breakdown needed.

PMI's Practice Standard for WBS contains several examples. And it gives you an idea how to create your own, for your specific problem.
