Change management is an enabling framework for managing the people side of change. To develop a structured approach to this exciting discipline and navigate through this people side of change, several change management methodologies can help (many times, the combination of them works best): a) Prosci - this research organization offers free webinars; plus, you can find free articles published by them. https://www.prosci.com/ Here is the link to a thought-provoking article by Stephanie Jaeger, "Why You Need a Change Manager," which triggered an engaging discussion about change management among PMI fellow members. https://www.projectmanagement.com/articles...-change-manager b) Kotter's 8-Step Change Model c) McKinsey Change Management 7s
I hope it helps. I wish you good luck with your projects! Maria Saving Changes...
