I want to create interaction, engagement and discussion in a comitee during a tactic committee I lead. At the moment, it's more of a "standard" presentation. I need their feedback to fully implicated them in the project.
Do you know technics of animation or tools I can use?

While you can certain leverage collaborative platforms or gamification to increase the level of engagement, it needs to start with the purpose of each meeting, the objectives tied to that purpose, and the optimal ways of engaging participants to achieve those purposes.

In some instances, a simple push of information is appropriate, though I'd then argue that a meeting is unnecessary and an information radiator might be a better bet.

You may wish to read Priya Parker's great book "The Art of Gathering" as it provides a wealth of advice on running better sessions.

If somebody likes no decision being made on a topic then create a comitee. So, the first thing to do is to break the comitee.
