User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios and examples for "off the shelf" software

I am looking to see if any fellow PMs or BAs are happy to share some examples of their UAT documents for "off the shelf" software products so that I can get a feel for different formats and also how scenarios are written and linked back to business requirements.

Any help/advice appreciated.
