Other than ChatGPT, what other AI tools are you using as a project manager? I've been using AI meeting transcription for meeting summaries, action items, and Motion to help me streamline my calendar.
I'm excited to hear about other tools out there that are useful. I am excited about Pmotto.ai, developed by Ricardo Vargas. Saving Changes...

We use an in-house all in one Business Management tool that is AI-driven but web-based (got to nwurks.com to run a trial or sign up immediately - value for money and subscription is below $15 per month). Saving Changes...
project management is not easy neither difficult but still some constraints that would stop/limit using AI, such as secret and enclosure of contacts and project information.
This would initiate new project to deploy AI internally to help on project deliverables and reduce time on some aspects of project management.
I have tried one of the AI tool to develop scope for a small project it was really time saving experience.

Hey Frank,
I saw your post about AI tools in project management, and it caught my eye. Your experience with AI meeting transcription and Motion sounds cool, and I'm glad you're as excited about Pmotto.ai as I am!
Since you asked about other tools, I've got to mention Copilot for Microsoft 365 Subscription. We were one of the early adopters, and we've found it to be a game-changer, especially in our work with clinical research.
What I love about Copilot is how it handles IP protection, privacy, and security. These things are super important in my field, and it's great to have a tool that makes it easy to keep everything safe and compliant.
Beyond that, Copilot brings everything together for project management. It's not just about transcription or keeping track of the calendar; it's an all-in-one solution that helps with coordination, efficiency, and communication. It fits with other tools like the ones you mentioned and makes the whole process smoother.
I'm right there with you in being excited about the latest tech in our field. It's awesome to see how far we've come and consider where we might go.

Hi - The Microsoft site states end of this year of early 2024 Copilot will be available. Can I ask, how’d you get to access it so soon?

Personally, my team and I use a large number of artificial intelligence tools that project managers usually use. Here are some popular tools:
1. Asana: A project management tool that helps teams organize, track and manage their work.
2. Trello: A visual collaboration tool that uses boards, lists, and cards to help teams organize and prioritize their projects.
3. Jira: A powerful issue tracking and project management tool widely used in software development.
4. Slack: A team communication platform that enables real-time messaging and collaboration, streamlining project communication.
5. Basecamp: A project management and team communication tool that helps teams stay organized and focused on their tasks.
6. Monday.com: A flexible project management platform that offers visual boards, charts, and collaboration features.
7. Smartsheet: A cloud-based collaboration tool primarily used for project management, task tracking, and automation. Saving Changes...
