Recently in our organisation, the term ePMF has been frequently used acronym for our Project Management Framework. I know it as PMF, I've never heard of ePMF. Does this actually exist and if so, what is it?

The specific meanings of acronyms can vary from one organization or industry to another. If you encounter "PMF" or "EPMF" in a specific context, it's advisable to consult the documentation or individuals within that context to clarify their precise meanings.

I haven't seen the "e" in lower case, but EPMO is usually an Enterprise Project (or Program or Portfolio) Management Office which provides services to the overall set of projects, programs and portfolios which the organization invests in.
This for me is the same as PMO then. I didnt get the difference in adding "E" of Enterprise.

Usually it is to distinguish it from a departmental or program-specific PMO. Large banks in North America tend to have EPMOs which work in conjunction with line of business specific PMOs.
