Microsoft Project Online/Project For The Web Question

I am hoping someone might be able to help me - emails are being sent by SharePoint when there is a change in the project plan, but the Tasks section is empty in the PWA (and when clicking the link in the email). Any suggestions on what I missed, or how I can get these to show?
