This is probably one of the only areas that I have succeeded in really leveraging.
I am trying to learn how to use the various plugins but I haven't really been very successful with that up to now. It's a lot of trial and error but I think that with time they will become great tools.

Take care when using ChatGPT from openai as in the T &C is stated that your data can be used for training purposes, this means your data is not confidential. I recommend using Azure OpenAI if you want to use ChatGPT model

Zoom AI Plug in, can provide you detail summary of meetings, you can also search the notes to recall a specific topic, or say "was my name mentioned". PS. You must go into your desktop Zoom Version to turn it on.

@yinhong, its less of a plugin more of an advance feature that must be enabled. In the desktop zoom application, go to settings- advance settings- AI Companions tab.

I use ChatGPT, GPT4All, LLama2B extensively to enhance, streamline and expedite tasks that require digesting large sets of information (Vendor RFP responses for example). AI tools are very efficient in identifying patterns, coalescing data and presenting in a format that is easily transferable to daily tasks. However, it is critical to de-identify data before submitting to any "online" large language model to ensure privacy and compliance. My suggestion would be to use a Large Language Model on your own desktop without outside connectivity. Checkout GPT4All desktop.

It's so easy to get caught up in the bright shiny newness of ChatGPT or any other AI functionality enabled application and forget that very basic concept of protecting our data. ChatGPT has helped me in taking my email and communication skills to the next level. My grammar and spelling have never been an issue, but sometimes when I need a little boost to help get my point across depending on the audience, it's an extremely helpful tool. I noted Tania's Zoom plug in reference there, and I hadn't even thought about using it in that function, so I will be looking at that as it seems like a very useful way of integrating it into meetings as well.
