I see people using AI-enabled tools for many project management functions, including planning, writing, risk management, time and cost management and prototyping. Can anyone share what specific tools or plug-ins they have been using, and how?

try www.managesmart.online - it connects to chat GPT via API and can generate excellent project recommendations / Epics and Stories for your Agile board just by entering a project description or your problem statement. Currently in beta and free to use. The builders are keen on feedback from PMI community.

Don't have any current project now but I will try this for my next one. Sounds interesting..user story creation can definitely time consuming.

While I don't use any AI-Enabled tools yet, however, I recently took the new AI free course by PMI and at the end there were few suggestions for some AI Platforms which I did find interesting.
Great, can you share the details so we can benefit from them?

I use ChatGPT, GPT4All, LLama2B extensively to enhance, streamline and expedite tasks that require digesting large sets of information (Vendor RFP responses for example). AI tools are very efficient in identifying patterns, coalescing data and presenting in a format that is easily transferable to daily tasks. However, it is critical to de-identify data before submitting to any "online" large language model to ensure privacy and compliance. My suggestion would be to use a Large Language Model on your own desktop without outside connectivity. Checkout GPT4All desktop.
What was level of effort to create desktop LLM? What file formats did you include? Thanks.

Chat GPT for summarizing notes and writing email, etc.
Did you find a limitation when putting large amounts of meeting notes into ChatGPT? If so, how did you manage this limitation?

Microsoft Co-pilot on O365 products is a great tool for users.

A good tool is Fireflies.ai for tracking meeting decisions and commitments, it's also good because it supports teams, zoom, google and many other online meeting platforms so depending on client preference it just fits seamlessly.

I use the Copilot in MS Office:
- In Teams you can easily generate summaries of the meeting and create a list of tasks.
- In Teams I use the app 'M365 Chat' to write some VBA code. It works astonishingly well.
- In Powerpoint you can easily ask the Copilot - by giving some keywords - to create a presentation in the company's coporate style.
- in MS Word the Copilot supported me to write a speech. The text was clearly structured and the choice of works was suitable. I just needed to review and make some smaller corrections.
