Braulio Rocha Furth, Germany
Hi everyone, I’m Braulio. I’ve been working mainly as a Project Coordinator on various IT projects over the past seven years, and I’m currently in between jobs after relocating to Germany.
I never originally planned to work in project management. At university, I studied Chemical Engineering and assumed I’d follow a career in that field. However, after moving from Brazil to Portugal, an opportunity to work on IT projects came up, and I embraced it.
Most of my experience has been with predictive projects throughout their lifecycle, though I’ve also had the chance to work on a few adaptive ones. From what I’ve seen, I tend to gravitate more towards the predictive approach.
Right now, I’m focused on obtaining my PMP certification in the next couple of months and am open to exploring industries beyond IT.
I look forward to contributing to the community as best I can.

Ravinder Singh Ramola Pilot| Government of India Delhi, DL, India
My name is Ravinder, and I’m currently serving as an officer with the government of India, transitioning into a full-time career in Project Management.

I began my journey in uniform after graduating from the Indian Naval Academy and later training at the Air Force Academy. Over the past several years, I have served as a helicopter pilot in the ministry of Defence, where I gained extensive experience in high-stakes operations, multi-agency coordination, risk management, and leading teams in time-critical environments. These responsibilities helped me build strong skills in planning, resource management, decision-making under pressure, and operational leadership.

As a child, I always wanted to be in the armed forces, and I was fortunate to live that dream. Flying missions, leading crews, and managing operational readiness shaped my understanding of complex systems and taught me how structured processes can drive successful outcomes. This exposure naturally led me toward project management, where I found many of the same principles—structured execution, stakeholder alignment, and disciplined risk management—applied in a broader professional context.

In terms of tools, I enjoy working with MS Project, Jira, and ClickUp, and I’m currently exploring AI-enabled project management platforms to integrate them into future roles.

What drew me to this industry is its ability to blend structure with problem-solving, and what keeps me here is the exciting opportunity to transform ideas into real-world impact—something very similar to mission execution in aviation.

My proudest accomplishment so far is completing my PMP® certification while balancing operational. It reinforced my belief that adaptability and continuous learning open new paths in life.

I’m grateful to be part of the PMI community, and I’m looking forward to learning from all of you and contributing wherever I can

Welcome to the community, Ravinder Singh Ramola ! We look forward to your contributions in the community!
Hello everyone , I'm Marwan Omaira, and I’m currently working as a Deputy Project Manager at MGC, managing large-scale infrastructure and desalination projects in Saudi Arabia.

When I was growing up, I wanted to become an engineer, and I’m glad that journey eventually led me into project management — where engineering, leadership, and strategy all meet.

Some of my favorite project management tools include Primavera P6, MS Project, and Power BI for planning and reporting. I’m also very interested in learning more about AI-driven project analytics and automation tools that can make project delivery smarter and faster.

What drew me to project management is the challenge of turning complex ideas into real results — coordinating teams, solving problems, and delivering value. What’s kept me here is the satisfaction of seeing those results come to life and the continuous learning this field offers.

My proudest accomplishment is leading the Jubail 600K SWRO desalination project, one of the major water projects in the region — and recently achieving my PMP certification with Above Target performance!

Excited to connect and learn from all of you!

Nazmy Fahmy Technical Office Manager| Orascom Construction Cairo, Egypt
Hello everyone, I’m Nazmy, currently working as an Engineering & Technical Manager with over 15 years of experience in delivering large-scale industrial, energy, and infrastructure projects.
Since my early years, I was interested in engineering, which eventually led me to the field of technical coordination. Using different tools in my daily work such as Tekla Structures, BIM and Primavera P6, has support me to have a good foundation in modeling, design, and planning makes coordination across disciplines much easier and smoother.
What drew me to this profession and keeps me in it is the opportunity to learn from others, collaborate as a team, and overcome challenges together. I always try to develop myself, whether through practical experience or through education, and that has led me to complete an M.SC. in Structural Engineering and MBA to better understand management and strategy.
My proudest moments are when a project team works together successfully and when I feel I have grown a little more, both technically and personally.
I’m happy to be part of the PMI community and look forward to learning from all of you and sharing experiences.

MESBAH ZAKARIA CONSTRUCTION MANAGER| NMDC Energy Mansoura, Egypt
Hello everyone, it’s a pleasure to join this community.
My name is Mesbah Zakaria, and I’m currently working as a Construction Manager – Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) on the Hail & Ghasha Offshore Development Project. I bring over 20 years of experience across oil & gas, petrochemicals, and power projects, with a deep focus on project execution, construction management, and multidisciplinary coordination.
Growing up, I was always drawn to engineering, large systems, and problem-solving—interests that naturally evolved into a strong passion for project management.
I’m a proud PMI member and hold the PMP and PMI-RMP certifications, complemented by a range of professional development programs in risk management, construction management, and generative AI for project managers. I also recently completed my Executive MBA, which significantly broadened my strategic and leadership capabilities, especially in navigating complex project environments.
My preferred project management tools and technologies include integrated scheduling platforms, risk management systems, dashboards for cost and performance tracking, and increasingly, AI-powered solutions that support forecasting, analytics, and decision-making. I’m especially interested in how digital transformation and GenAI can reshape execution efficiency in the energy sector.
What attracted me to project management is the challenge of leading teams, aligning stakeholders, and delivering large-scale projects with clarity, structure, and discipline. What keeps me dedicated to this profession is the continuous learning, the leadership responsibilities, and the impact that well-executed projects have on national and industrial development.
My proudest accomplishments include leading major E&I construction scopes across international onshore and offshore projects—ranging from LNG facilities and refinery expansions to chemical complexes—and contributing to their safe, high-quality, and timely delivery.
I’m excited to connect with fellow professionals, share knowledge, and learn from the diverse expertise within this community.

Aimee Adelana Project Manager| NextAxiom Texas, Texas, Nigeria
Hi all,

I’m Aimee Oizuamu, a Project Manager specializing in digital transformation and workflow modernization.

I wanted to be an astronaut — not just for the adventure, but because I was fascinated by complexity, exploration, and understanding the unknown. That curiosity never left. Today it shows up in how I approach work: navigating ambiguity, solving intricate problems, and creating clarity where there isn’t a roadmap.

I work heavily with Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, Miro, and Notion. I’m also expanding my toolkit into AI-enabled project technologies and change-management platforms, because they’re quickly becoming essential for modern PMs.

I’m driven by structure, alignment, and execution. I enjoy taking chaotic or undefined environments and turning them into scalable, predictable systems. What keeps me in this field is the impact — projects move when leadership, clarity, and discipline show up consistently.

Professionally: leading a multi-stakeholder, multi-vendor effort that began with no defined process and transforming it into a structured operational workflow with documented procedures, clear ownership, and measurable progress.
Personally: building a meaningful career while raising three children — maintaining high performance at work and intentional leadership at home.
