Vineet KumarProject Management| Indian Air ForceBhuj, GJ, India
Greetings Everyone, I’m Wg Cdr Vineet Kumar.
My professional journey has been a blend of technology, leadership, and mission-critical execution across two diverse worlds—corporate IT and national defence. I began my career at TCS, where I spent 18 months working on technology-driven projects before being selected to join the Indian Air Force as a Commissioned Officer, a decision that shaped the next 15 years of my life.
Across these years in uniform, I had the honour of leading high-stakes operations, managing strategic assets, and executing large-scale, multi-agency defence projects. I’ve served in roles spanning Operations Management, Aerospace Safety, HR & Administration, Training & Development, and High-Value Asset Protection.
Most recently, I led projects related to India’s most advanced missile technologies—including the Surface-to-Surface Missile systems—working closely with DRDO, BDL, BEL, and multiple scientific and engineering teams. The complexity, precision, and cross-functional execution these projects demanded strengthened my passion for project management.
My transition from defence operations to professional project management felt natural. I thrive in dynamic environments, excel under pressure, and enjoy solving complex problems. Clearing the PMP in my first attempt further solidified my commitment to bringing structured, globally aligned project leadership into the corporate world.
Outside work, I am deeply passionate about mentoring young professionals, staying physically active, exploring new technologies, and constantly upgrading my skills.
As I transition into the next chapter of my career, I look forward to contributing my experience in strategy, execution, and team leadership to impactful corporate projects—especially in sectors where precision, discipline, and reliability truly matter.

Hello everyone, my name is Christian Otoo. I currently serve as a Project Manager at Versified Technology LTD and as the Principal IT Technician at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. My work centres on technology projects, digital platforms, and supporting academic and administrative teams. Growing up, I wanted to become a computer engineer. That early interest in technology shaped my career path and still influences the projects I enjoy working on.
Some of the tools I rely on include Jira, Trello, ProjectLibre and various cloud collaboration platforms. I’m also interested in learning more about AI supported project analytics and automation. I was drawn to project management because it allows me to turn concepts into working solutions. What keeps me in the field is the opportunity to work with diverse teams, improve systems, and see the impact of well delivered projects on organisations.
One of my proudest accomplishments is leading technology and digital systems projects at Versified Technology and KNUST, supporting thousands of users and helping teams adopt more effective ways of working. Hi everyone, I’m Braulio. I’ve been working mainly as a Project Coordinator on various IT projects over the past seven years, and I’m currently in between jobs after relocating to Germany. I never originally planned to work in project management. At university, I studied Chemical Engineering and assumed I’d follow a career in that field. However, after moving from Brazil to Portugal, an opportunity to work on IT projects came up, and I embraced it. Most of my experience has been with predictive projects throughout their lifecycle, though I’ve also had the chance to work on a few adaptive ones. From what I’ve seen, I tend to gravitate more towards the predictive approach. Right now, I’m focused on obtaining my PMP certification in the next couple of months and am open to exploring industries beyond IT. I look forward to contributing to the community as best I can.
Welcome to the community, Braulio Rocha ! We are rooting for you in your PMP process and look forward to seeing your contributions in the community! Saving Changes...

My name is Ravinder, and I’m currently serving as an officer with the government of India, transitioning into a full-time career in Project Management.
I began my journey in uniform after graduating from the Indian Naval Academy and later training at the Air Force Academy. Over the past several years, I have served as a helicopter pilot in the ministry of Defence, where I gained extensive experience in high-stakes operations, multi-agency coordination, risk management, and leading teams in time-critical environments. These responsibilities helped me build strong skills in planning, resource management, decision-making under pressure, and operational leadership.
As a child, I always wanted to be in the armed forces, and I was fortunate to live that dream. Flying missions, leading crews, and managing operational readiness shaped my understanding of complex systems and taught me how structured processes can drive successful outcomes. This exposure naturally led me toward project management, where I found many of the same principles—structured execution, stakeholder alignment, and disciplined risk management—applied in a broader professional context.
In terms of tools, I enjoy working with MS Project, Jira, and ClickUp, and I’m currently exploring AI-enabled project management platforms to integrate them into future roles.
What drew me to this industry is its ability to blend structure with problem-solving, and what keeps me here is the exciting opportunity to transform ideas into real-world impact—something very similar to mission execution in aviation.
My proudest accomplishment so far is completing my PMP® certification while balancing operational. It reinforced my belief that adaptability and continuous learning open new paths in life.
I’m grateful to be part of the PMI community, and I’m looking forward to learning from all of you and contributing wherever I can
