Hi everyone, I’m Ciro — it’s a pleasure to join this community. I currently work in financial operations and project management in the accounting and professional services industry, while also completing my studies in Property Management here in the U.S.

Growing up, I was always drawn to problem solving and organization, which naturally led me into project management. What keeps me in the profession is the combination of structure, people, and continuous learning — no two projects are ever the same, and there is always an opportunity to improve a process or help a team move more efficiently.

Some of the tools I use regularly include Microsoft Project, Power BI, and various AI-assisted platforms that support planning, reporting, and decision making. I’m also expanding my skills in cloud technologies and AI-driven project management, which I believe will reshape the future of our profession.

My proudest accomplishment so far has been earning my PMP® and using that foundation to improve financial and operational processes in the organizations I support.

Hello! My name is Eric and I work in Video Games as a Producer (essentially a Project Manager) for about 4 years.

As a kid, I was always drawn to music and games, so I worked as in IT for approximately 10 years until I got my break in video games. I didn't really have a desired role, but I was inspired by the presenters on the E3 stages.

I have experience with JIRA and Microsoft project. I would like to learn more about JIRA dashboards and how to set them up for different views.

I was drawn to Project Management because my peers were more proficient in the other disciplines of Game Design and I had prior experience in software development.

My proudest achievement is working with the team to launch WWE 2K22, where I worked on 2 different modes.

Hello everyone, my name is Azhar Mahmood. I am a Quality Control Manager with over 20 years of overall experience in the construction industry, including 13 years specializing in Quality Control. My professional focus includes quality management systems, inspections and audits, risk-based quality planning, and continuous improvement aligned with project objectives. I am keen to engage with the PMP community to exchange knowledge, learn best practices, and contribute practical insights from real project environments.
