Hello everyone,

My name is Ganesh and I am currently based in the UAE. I am a Field Service Engineer and Technical Consultant specialising in Solar PV, Battery Energy Storage Systems and industrial critical power solutions.

I bring over 20 years of hands-on experience supporting the delivery, commissioning and optimisation of power and energy infrastructure projects across utility, commercial and industrial environments. My background spans system installation, technical troubleshooting, client coordination, and on-site project execution with a strong focus on safety, compliance and performance reliability.

Growing up, I was always drawn to engineering and problem-solving. That curiosity evolved into a career centred around delivering complex technical projects where precision and accountability matter. Working closely with project managers, contractors and stakeholders has strengthened my ability to bridge the gap between technical execution and project objectives.

I have experience using structured reporting tools and technical documentation systems to support planning, tracking and successful project delivery. I am currently focused on expanding further into structured project management and technical operations roles within the UAE’s growing energy and infrastructure sector.

What continues to motivate me is seeing a project move from design to commissioning and knowing that the system will operate safely and reliably for years to come.

I am open to connecting with professionals and organisations involved in renewable energy, power systems, commissioning, technical operations and infrastructure delivery across the UAE.

I look forward to learning from this community and contributing where I can.
HI Ganesh, thank you for joining us in PMI's online community. Welcome! Looking forward to learning from you as well.

Amari Zivai Sales Representative| Total Life Changes Michigan, United States

Hello, my name is Amari Zivai, and I’m an MBA candidate, building on a strong foundation in business, IBM technical certifications, and project management credentials from PMI. My work lives at the intersection of business, technology, and creative innovation—where I design systems, brands, and solutions that help people and organizations move forward with clarity and purpose. As a child, I dreamed of becoming an engineer. I was captivated by how things worked—how ideas became structures, how systems connected, and how creativity could be transformed into something tangible. That early fascination naturally evolved into a passion for project management, a field where I can blend strategy, technology, and problem‑solving in a way that still feels like engineering, just on a broader and more human scale. I enjoy working with tools like Jira, and Notion along with AI‑driven platforms that enhance planning, communication, and workflow automation. I’m also expanding my expertise in Agile, cloud technologies, and data‑driven PM tools, especially those that integrate AI and analytics. What first drew me to project management was the challenge of bringing order to complexity. I love guiding teams, shaping ideas, and turning vision into execution. What keeps me here is the impact—seeing how structure, communication, and leadership can transform a project, a team, or even an entire organization. My proudest accomplishments include launching The Zivai Gallery of Art and Innovation and Traveling Man Tees—ventures that blend creativity, culture, and technology. They represent more than business achievements; they’re personal milestones that prove what’s possible when discipline, imagination, and purpose come together.

Hazar Hichri Project Manager| The Centre for Arab and Mediterranean Music Carthage Amilcar, 11, Tunisia
Hello everyone 👋
My name is Hazar Hichri, and I’m a PMP® Project Manager based in Tunisia, currently working in the cultural and creative sector where I manage heritage, education, and international cooperation projects.
Growing up, I always dreamed of becoming a businesswoman and entrepreneur. Interestingly, project management turned out to be exactly that space for me — a place where strategy, organization, leadership, and human connection meet.
What keeps me in project management is its “engineering” dimension: bringing people with different backgrounds together, aligning their visions, and delivering a shared outcome that everyone feels proud of. I especially enjoy how projects create relationships, trust, and sometimes even long-lasting friendships.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about music, cinema, and books. I also challenge myself every year to learn something completely new. Currently, I’m in my second year of a research Master’s degree in Musicology — not directly related to my job, but a personal achievement I’m very proud of, especially while balancing professional and personal responsibilities.
I mainly work with traditional PM practices and tools, and right now I’m particularly interested in learning more about AI tools in project management and how they can support decision-making and collaboration.
Looking forward to connecting, learning from your experiences, and exchanging ideas with this community!

Kunda Ndubo CAPM Candidate | Customer Operations & Support Professional| SuperGroup - Betway Africa Gaborone, SE, Botswana
Hi everyone, I’m Kunda. I currently work in customer support within a fast-paced contact center environment, where performance, structure, and communication really matter.

Growing up, I actually wanted to work in film and storytelling. I studied Motion Picture, and that foundation taught me how to see the big picture, coordinate moving parts, and bring ideas to life under pressure, which interestingly, mirrors project work more than I realized at the time.
I’m excited to connect with fellow project management professionals, share experiences, and continue growing in this dynamic field.
