Allout Abderrahmane Consultant| Huawei Algeria Algiers, 16, Algeria
Proud to share that I have officially earned the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
What makes this achievement especially meaningful is that I passed with Above Target performance across all three domains:
  • People
  • Process
  • Business Environment
This journey required months of intense preparation, discipline, and late nights. It strengthened my skills in leadership, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and structured project delivery.
Looking ahead, my focus is on applying this expertise directly in Construction Management and Telecom Infrastructure, where strong project discipline creates real impact on the ground.
To everyone who supported and encouraged me along the way — thank you. This is just the beginning of the next chapter.

Brooke Reinert Procurement Specialist| None New Jersey, United States
Hi everyone! I’m Brooke Reinert, a Procurement Specialist for a property management, multifamily construction organization.
Growing up, I honestly wanted to be a psychologist. I’ve always been interested in how people think, communicate, and work together. Funny enough still plays a huge role in project management and procurement today.
I also want to continue learning more about advanced PM platforms and automation tools that improve collaboration and visibility across teams.
What drew me to project management was the combination of organization, problem-solving, and relationship building. I love taking something complex with a lot of moving pieces and helping create structure and progress. What’s kept me in it is seeing projects come together successfully because of strong teamwork and coordination behind the scenes.
My proudest accomplishment is probably earning my MBA while working full time and continuing to grow professionally into larger strategic initiatives. On a personal note, planning my wedding while balancing work, certifications, and everything else has also felt like a real-life project management crash course 😅

Tina Bates Pedrick Alexandria, United States

Hi, I'm Tina Bates Pedrick and I currently serve as the Manager of Education at a national trade association in the Washington, DC area, where I lead educational programs, conferences, webinars, and learning initiatives that support professional growth. Growing up, I wanted to be an educator, and in many ways that calling has remained constant throughout my career. Whether in education, training, coaching, volunteer service, or project management, I have always been passionate about helping people learn, develop, and succeed.

What drew me to project management was the opportunity to bring people, ideas, and resources together to accomplish meaningful goals. What has kept me in the profession is the ability to make a positive impact while helping teams navigate challenges and achieve success. I enjoy using tools such as Asana and Microsoft Teams, and I'm especially interested in learning more about how artificial intelligence can enhance project planning, collaboration, and decision-making.

Beyond my professional work, I am an avid volunteer and believe strongly in giving back to my community through service, mentorship, and leadership. My proudest accomplishment is my family. I have had the privilege of supporting three remarkable young adults as they pursue higher education and professional careers. My son is a business consultant and entrepreneur, my daughter is earning a dual degree in Business Management and Philosophy with a minor in Law, and my stepdaughter is completing her degree in Strategic Communications with a focus in Sports Management. Their success means more to me than any title or project I've managed, and watching them grow into capable, purpose-driven adults has been one of the greatest rewards of my life. I believe leadership is about creating opportunities for others to thrive and celebrating their achievements along the way.

That philosophy has guided both my personal and professional journey. As I work toward earning my PMP certification, I also hope to return to my doctoral studies in Educational Administration and Leadership. I remain committed to lifelong learning, servant leadership, volunteerism, and helping others discover and reach their full potential. Ultimately, I hope to be remembered not for standing in the spotlight, but for being someone who helped others shine.

Emily Chavez Robalino Student Services Associate I| The Catholic University of America Washington, D.C., United States
Hello, everyone! My name is Emily Chavez Robalino, and I will soon be conferred a Master of Science in Management with a concentration in project management. As a child, I wanted to be a dancer which is quite ironic since I do absolutely no dancing at all now! For the past two years, I have been in the higher education industry as a Student Services Associate in the Office of Enrollment Services, and beforehand, I was an intern at the Mayor’s Office of Immigrants Affairs in Baltimore. This is where I was first introduced to project management in the form of even coordination. In particular, I assisted in developing, planning, and executing the Baltimore Immigration Summit, New American Leadership Institute, and several other initiatives.

I am prepared and eager to employ the theoretical knowledge that my graduate-level training in project management has equipped me with in an entry-level project management role in meaningful industries like Healthcare, IT, or non-profits, but I am truly open to employ the flexibility of project management in any organization! Risk management was one of my favorite lessons in graduate school, and I am curious about DMAIC principles and Lean Six Sigma, and would love to engage with these practices or see how they are utilized in real projects. I truly enjoy connecting, organizing, and aligning to achieve a shared goal. My proudest accomplishment is overcoming a major health challenge during my freshman year of college (thanks be to God) and being the first in my family to obtain a master's degree. This is part of the reason why I am particularly interested in joining the Healthcare industry.

I love learning, and look forward to watching us grow in this diverse community!

Reza Nemat PM II| HR CoreBridge Holding Inc. Vancouver, BRITISH COLUMBIA, Canada
Hi everyone — I’m Reza, based in Vancouver, Canada. I currently work as a Project and Operations Coordinator, supporting complex, compliance-driven projects with multiple stakeholders, tight timelines, and many moving parts.
My background includes project coordination, operations, and international logistics. Growing up, I was always interested in international business and how complex activities come together across people, locations, and timelines. That interest eventually led me to project management.
What I enjoy most is bringing structure to busy environments: clarifying priorities, tracking milestones and dependencies, keeping stakeholders aligned, and addressing issues before they affect delivery.
I regularly use ClickUp, Trello, HubSpot, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Project. I am especially interested in project scheduling, risk management, reporting, project controls, and practical ways to use automation and AI to improve project delivery.
One accomplishment I am proud of is coordinating hundreds of deadline-sensitive client engagements while maintaining quality, compliance, and clear stakeholder communication.
I recently earned my PMP certification and am excited to learn from this community, exchange practical ideas, and connect with other project professionals.
