Ajaykumar VannalProject Director| Dinjan Technology LimitedAhmedabad, India
Hello everyone! I’m Ajaykumar Vannal, currently working as a Project Director / Business Development Leader with experience across IT services, staffing, data center infrastructure, and technology projects.
Growing up, I always wanted to build something meaningful and lead people although I didn’t have a clear idea what that would look like at the time. Over the years, project management became a natural fit because it brings together people, technology, strategy, execution, and problem-solving.
My favorite project management approaches and tools include Agile, Scrum, Jira, HubSpot, Microsoft 365, Power BI, and collaborative dashboards. I’m particularly interested in learning more about AI-powered project management and Agentic AI, and how these technologies can improve planning, risk management, and decision-making.
What keeps me engaged in project management is the opportunity to turn an idea into something real—especially when working with diverse stakeholders and navigating uncertainty. One of my proudest professional accomplishments was helping deliver a large-scale Microsoft staffing project, where we needed to hire and onboard 40 developers within 45 days. Through coordinated recruiting, RPO partnerships, and international talent sourcing, we achieved the target in 37 days. Second of my proudest professional accomplishments is to commencement of the Hyperscale Data Center Development Project in Gujarat Location and leading the project
I’m excited to be part of this community, learn from fellow project professionals, and share experiences along the way.
Looking forward to connecting and learning from everyone here! Saving Changes...
Hello everyone, my name is Kehinde, and I’m currently a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Project Commercial Professional in the construction industry. Growing up, I was naturally drawn to the built environment, having a father who was a builder and Civil Engineer and an older brother who is an Architect. Being surrounded by conversations about construction, buildings, and projects from an early age sparked my interest in the industry. That early exposure eventually led me to pursue Quantity Surveying and, over the years, broaden my career into project and commercial management. My favorite project management tools and technologies include Microsoft Excel for cost management and analysis, Microsoft Project for planning and scheduling, and digital measurement/document management tools. I’m also interested in learning more about Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and Power BI to improve project reporting, cost control, and decision-making. What drew me to project management was the opportunity to bring together people, resources, time, cost, and quality to successfully deliver a project. What has kept me in the industry is the variety—every project presents new challenges, stakeholders, risks, and opportunities to learn. My proudest professional accomplishment is building a career of over 15 years in the construction and commercial management field, progressing into a senior role and contributing to the successful management of major building projects. I’m particularly proud of continuing to develop myself professionally and now working toward the PMP® certification. I’m looking forward to learning from everyone here, sharing experiences, and connecting with fellow project professionals. Saving Changes...
Greetings everyone, My name is Kalinda Meeshe Alexis, from the Democratic Republic of Congo, and I am a Civil Engineer with 8 years of field practical experience. My career has been focused in building construction, and I currently work as a construction supervisor in Alphamin Bisie Mining in the eastern part of the Democratic Republic of Congo. I am also CEO of a construction consultancy named Total Station Group Construction, majoring in building construction. Coming from a family of Lawyers, I had developed the interest to become one. Fortunately, or unfortunately, I decided to take a different route from my siblings and I opted to become an agent of infrastructure development (housing, water, transportation …). Planning as one of the key skills of project managers, I have introduced myself to the use of MS Project as a tool for work planning in my day-to-day activities. I am also eager to learn new tools and technologies such as AI-Management, Agile and also new management techniques in order to remain competitive in my industry. Basically, Project Management is a lifetime principle since it can fit in every type of human activities. Let it be construction, event, design, health programs, engineering; they require appropriate management tools and techniques. Hence, being a construction professional, mastery of management principles becomes compulsory. This is why I have decided to get involved in this world of management professionals so that I can keep learning from them and sharing my experience. To name one achievement would be reducing the others to nothing. Though they have all helped us improving in one way or the other, I believe that my choice of becoming a professional project manager remains of great important. I believe that through this platform, I will be able to keep flying higher and higher. Best regards to all. Saving Changes...
Mustafa AbdallaDesign Manager / Project Manager| A2Z Architectural Engineering ConsultanciesDubai, UAE, United Arab Emirates
Hello everyone!
My name is Mustafa Abdalla, and I am an architect and Design Manager with more than 13 years of experience across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. My experience spans residential, hospitality, educational, healthcare, industrial, recreational, commercial, mixed use, infrastructure, and specialized projects.
I have managed projects throughout their complete lifecycle, from feasibility studies and concept design through tender, detailed design, procurement, construction, and handover. I have worked on the consultancy side and as a Technical Team Design Manager supporting contractors on fast track design and build projects, giving me a strong understanding of both consultant and contractor workflows.
Growing up, I was passionate about creativity and art, which naturally led me to architecture. I was later drawn to project management because it combines design, planning, leadership, communication, and problem solving.
My preferred technologies include Microsoft’s project management applications, BIM platforms such as Revit and Navisworks, and advanced AI integrated systems. I am particularly interested in further integrating AI, BIM, data analytics, and automation to improve project forecasting, reporting, decision making, and delivery.
I am proud to have contributed to major developments such as NEOM, Red Sea Global, and Expo 2020 Dubai. These included the successful delivery of five Expo 2020 projects, schools, a Command Centre, and a logistics warehouse compound in NEOM, as well as Sheybarah Island Resort in the Red Sea.

I am Eunice, and I’m excited to join this community as I begin my journey into the world of project management. My background is in Human Anatomy, and Forensic Science. I’m looking forward to learning from the expertise within this community, exploring best practices, and gradually building my confidence in this field.
While growing up, I wanted to be a Crime Scene Investigator (CSI) but somehow found myself coordinating tasks, managing timelines, and collaborating across teams. I’m now eager to develop further through a project management lens.
What attracted me to the project management industry is the flexibility and the transferability of skills and experiences acquired.
My proudest professional/personal accomplishment is impact. I am committed to ensuring people become the better versions of themselves.
I am happy to connect with others who transitioned from non-traditional backgrounds or anyone willing to share insights and guidance.

Sônya LacerdaProject Management| PWA ENGENHARIA & ARQUITETURASAO PAULO, SP, Brazil
