My name is Phyllis Goodwin and nursing runs in my family. I was determined to pursue a career in nursing as well. While I am new to Project Management, I am eager to absorb all the knowledge I can. Achieving a position in clinical healthcare was a significant milestone for me. Advocating for underserved patients motivated me to redirect my career path, and I am now the program manager for the same organization. One of my most notable accomplishments was enabling our organization to provide prompt care for our community. My next goal is to obtain my PMP certification and improve my project and program documentation.

Hello, I am Riza, and I'm thrilled to join the Project Managers community. Currently, I'm serving as a Product Manager at Annapurna Finance, where my role involves a deep dive into Product strategy & development, Project Management, and Stakeholder management. In this role, I have led strategic initiatives including Process Re-engineering and Digital Emergency Loan, driving operational transformation through automation and process optimization.
Prior to Annapurna, I honed my skills in the financial services industry at PNB MetLife and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, where I held managerial roles. This experience has equipped me with a strong foundation in financial products, customer needs, and operational efficiency.

My name is Nimmi Anubhav, and I am currently studying for a diploma in project management. I have 8 years of experience in the IT industry, where I worked as a Technical Lead Analyst.

When I was growing up, I dreamed of becoming a software developer. This aspiration guided my career path, leading me to the dynamic field of IT and eventually to project management.

My favorite project management tools include Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Confluence. I am particularly interested in learning more about Agile methodologies and exploring tools like Trello and Asana to enhance project collaboration and efficiency.
I was drawn to the project management industry by the opportunity to lead and coordinate complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. What has kept me in this field is the satisfaction of seeing projects come to fruition and the continuous learning and growth it offers.

My proudest accomplishment is obtaining my Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, which has significantly enhanced my ability to manage projects effectively and has opened up new opportunities in my career.
