Hello, I’m Dulal Hossain. With over 14 years of hands-on experience in electrical engineering and project management in Bangladesh and Singapore.
Currently, I work as a consultant specializing in detail design and construction supervision. Since 2021, I have been instrumental in executing high-impact projects in Bangladesh, including Special Economic Zones, Effluent Treatment Plants, and Water Treatment Plants.

My expertise spans various sectors such as renewable energy, offshore oilrig construction, and shipbuilding. I excel in designing, planning, and executing complex projects, overseeing electrical installation and commissioning while adhering to stringent engineering standards. My experience includes working with industry-leading companies in Singapore and Bangladesh, where I have consistently achieved project objectives and maintained high standards.

I am passionate about driving excellence in engineering practices, particularly in technical project and operations management. I look forward to connecting with subject matter experts, learning from their insights, and applying my expertise to new and exciting challenges. I am eager to contribute to innovative solutions and advancements in the field.

I hold a foundation in Civil Engineering and have spent most of my career in project management, focusing on the design, construction, and maintenance of private and public structures. My experience spans across Nigeria, the UK, and the USA.
Over 15 years ago, I transitioned into software engineering, where I have been deeply involved in web and mobile app development, both as an engineer and in project management roles. I am a certified Scrum Master, Six Sigma Black Belt, and an Accredited Project Manager.
To further enhance my skills and align with my long-term career goals, I am committed to obtaining the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, a globally recognized credential that validates expertise in project management. I recently completed an exam preparatory boot camp and plan to sit for the PMP exam soon.
Achieving the PMP certification will open new opportunities, enabling me to take on more challenging and rewarding roles. In the future, I aim to leverage this certification to lead large-scale, impactful projects that drive innovation and improve operational efficiency across various industries.

My name is Asaad eid , and I currently work as a project manager. When I was a kid, I was always tinkering with gadgets and dreaming of becoming an engineer. That curiosity led me to pursue an engineering degree, which set the stage for my career.

In my work, I love using tools like Microsoft Project for scheduling, Trello for keeping track of tasks, and JIRA for managing agile projects. Lately, I've been really interested in exploring AI-driven project management tools and IoT technologies—they seem like the future!

What really drew me to project management was the chance to use my engineering skills on a bigger scale, managing projects that bring new ideas to life. The constant challenges and need for strategic thinking keep me on my toes and excited about my work.
