I hold a foundation in Civil Engineering and have spent most of my career in project management, focusing on the design, construction, and maintenance of private and public structures. My experience spans across Nigeria, the UK, and the USA.
Over 15 years ago, I transitioned into software engineering, where I have been deeply involved in web and mobile app development, both as an engineer and in project management roles. I am a certified Scrum Master, Six Sigma Black Belt, and an Accredited Project Manager.
To further enhance my skills and align with my long-term career goals, I am committed to obtaining the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, a globally recognized credential that validates expertise in project management. I recently completed an exam preparatory boot camp and plan to sit for the PMP exam soon.
Achieving the PMP certification will open new opportunities, enabling me to take on more challenging and rewarding roles. In the future, I aim to leverage this certification to lead large-scale, impactful projects that drive innovation and improve operational efficiency across various industries.

ASAAD ASAAD FATHI HADWA EID PROJECT MANAGER| NAGCO SAUDI ARABIA, Saudi Arabia

My name is Asaad eid , and I currently work as a project manager. When I was a kid, I was always tinkering with gadgets and dreaming of becoming an engineer. That curiosity led me to pursue an engineering degree, which set the stage for my career.

In my work, I love using tools like Microsoft Project for scheduling, Trello for keeping track of tasks, and JIRA for managing agile projects. Lately, I've been really interested in exploring AI-driven project management tools and IoT technologies—they seem like the future!

What really drew me to project management was the chance to use my engineering skills on a bigger scale, managing projects that bring new ideas to life. The constant challenges and need for strategic thinking keep me on my toes and excited about my work.

One of my proudest moments was leading a team to complete a critical project ahead of schedule and under budget. It was a huge win for us and set a new standard for how we work together.

In summary, my journey from engineering to project management has been all about solving problems and making a real impact. The tools and technologies I use are key to my success, and I'm always eager to learn more. Seeing the direct results of my efforts and knowing I've helped my team succeed is incredibly rewardin

Salma Inuwa Pilot| Pyatic Lagos, LA, Nigeria
Hello everyone,
My name is Salma Inuwa I am an airline pilot with ground and instructional experience. I have almost a decade experience in the aviation industry and I have worked on projects ranging from airline operations manual reviews to cadet training programs.
Growing up I wanted to be alot of things from archaeologist to forensic scientist and also a pilot. Thankfully I zeroed in on the aviation profession.
My favorite project management tool would have to be Microsoft teams for now at least. It has helped alot with communitcating, scheduling and monitoring during projects. I would like to learn more about Gnatt chart because I haven't had the opportunity of using it during a project.
What drew me into project management industry is work and it still keeps me in it. I didn't expect to be involved in project management initially starting my career but I realised that I was being put in charge of projects and I actually enjoyed accomplishing them.
My proudest accomplishment isn't professional but rather personal and ongoing. I was and is still able to juggle commercial flying, being a new mum and school (MBAA with PMP certification). Especially during the first few months postpartum.
I am excited to be joining this community and look forward to creating lasting connections!

Siyadh Valiyaparambil Saidh Project Management| PharOS Tal Pieta, 41, Malta
Hello everyone,

I'm Siyadh Saidh, currently enhancing my skills in project and qualification engineering within the pharmaceutical sector. Growing up, I always envisioned myself in a role where I could lead and make impactful decisions, ideally as a servant leader skilled in guiding teams through complex projects.

My go-to project management tools are Microsoft Project and AutoCAD, though I'm keen on deepening my expertise in the latest industry technologies like BIM and advanced data analytics platforms to better manage life science projects.

What drew me to project management was the challenge of turning concepts into realities, particularly in the dynamic and critical field of life sciences. The tangible impact of our work on enhancing healthcare and improving lives keeps me motivated.

My proudest professional accomplishment is the early completion of two multi-story residential buildings, delivered two months ahead of schedule, which not only significantly boosted client satisfaction but also honed my skills in efficient project execution.

I'm looking forward to learning from this community and sharing insights on navigating the complexities of project management in various sectors.

Best regards, Siyadh Saidh
