Jenkins FlahworProgram Officer| Embassy of Sweden/SIDAMontserrado County, Liberia
My name is Jenkins Flahwor, and I have over 15 years of experience in project management in Liberia. I currently serve as a Program Manager at the Swedish Embassy in Monrovia, overseeing multiple development projects in agriculture, forestry, and fisheries, with a combined budget exceeding USD 16 million. These projects are implemented by organizations such as UNDP, FAO, and various international NGOs. I am passionate about using tools like logframes and results frameworks for effective project monitoring, and I find budgets to be crucial for accountability. My desire to address development challenges and reduce poverty in Liberia drew me to the field of project management.
Over the past 15 years, I am proud to have contributed to solving numerous development challenges in remote communities across Liberia.
