My name is Franc NGUETI. I am the co-founder of THISCODING, a company specializing in online and in-person training in technology and digital skills.

When I was a child, I dreamed of becoming an doctor, as I was always fascinated by the human anatomy.

I enjoy using tools like jira and Asana for task management and collaboration. I'm also interested in exploring advanced features in tools like Trello and learning more about agile frameworks.

One of my proudest accomplishments is founding THISCODING and successfully launching training programs that empower individuals to acquire in-demand tech skills, creating opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Senan Bletcher Business Technology Analyst | U.S. Bank Oregon, United States
So late to the game. Hello all, I'm Senan (Sha-non), a Business Technology Analyst working in computer program automation.

Growing up I wanted to be so many things, like a ballerina, gymnast, teacher, and lab scientist with a specialty in DNA.

I haven't had a lot of time with many different tools around project management. Of the ones I have used, I like Jira for the features though it has a learning curve.

I found out about project management 11 years ago when I started at my current company and feel like it hits all the things I like a good structure but minor differences with each project. Being in automation means there is always something changing or new to learn and I love this so I keep going.

I'm so proud that I just finished getting my degree in Business Admin with a Project Management focus last year. Better late than never for sure.

Euan Morton Agile Project Manager| First Consulting at QuidelOrtho Macedon, Ny, United States
Good day,
My name is Euan Morton. I am originally from Scotland but have lived in Rochester area of Upstate NY, just south of Lake Ontario for some years now.

My current role is in transition to next opportunity. I was most recently a Scrum Master / Agile Coach with US Bank. I am seeking a role where I can use my combination of Agile and PM skills and experience. I enjoyed working in a FinTech area, my role was helping improve processes of internal engineering teams. However, I am fairly vertical neutral having worked in such areas as utilities and telecom previously. Possible titles might be Agile PM, IT PM, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Technical Lead.

When I was growing up, I wanted to be an archaeologist and indeed that is what I studied as an undergraduate at the University of Edinburgh in Scotland. I have been on excavations in France, Scotland and Israel. In fact, my wife, who I met at university, has stayed in the field and has her own consulting business: Morton Archaeological Research Services - Morton Archaeological Research Services

One of the scrum teams which I supported at the bank was responsible for four of our enterprise-wide tools, all of which I recommend, while being open to hearing about others:
Jira
Confluence
Mural
Dragonboat

About 12 years ago I applied for a Business Intelligence Analyst role only to find out that it was really a PM one for the BI part of a major client conversion project. Yes, you too can travel to Regina, Saskatchewan for business in January! I appreciate my boss to be seeing the potential in me for doing PM during the interview. I stayed in PM and moved into Agile as I like helping improve processes for teams and the challenge of doing so without any direct power.

Proudest accomplishments
My three kids
Getting to Brown belt, so far, in Aikido Kokikai
Being President of Peer 2 Peer Toastmasters club
Helping form/improve 6 teams at bank
Oh, and GETTING MY PMP! ;-)

Happy New Year!
Lang may yer lum reik!

best regards

Hello, my name is Aaron Friedman, I am a software developer who has an interest in project management. My passion is in creating. The past several years I have worked on my personal project which is a project management application to improve outcomes for large projects. When I was young I always dreamed of making video games. Now I specialize in interactive visualizations and data exploration which I call "video games for scientific research". I'm looking to help project managers with my skill set. I'm always searching for new ideas, looking to innovate, and would love to collaborate with any project manager looking to solve a particular problem, looking to branch out, or interested in trying cutting edge technologies. I look forward to participating in this community.
