Hello everyone, My name is Zeeshan Zohaib. I have 15 plus years of Project Management experience. I am PMP, CSM certified Project Manager with a Masters in Health Informatics. I wanted to be an Astronaut when I was growing up. My favorite project management tools and technologies include JIRA and MS project. I have always had a keen interest with processes and methodologies which naturally drew me into Project Management. I have a deep passion for projects and work in the healthcare-pharmaceutical space. My proudest professional accomplishment was working as one of the many Project Managers supporting Moderna’s COVID studies during the pandemic and helping contribute a global solution.

Hello Zeeshan Zohaib, welcome to PMI's online community! Thank you for joining us and sharing. It's great to learn more about you.

Hello PMP Community!

I’m Azzah Othman, a Project Manager specializing in healthcare consulting and construction. Growing up, I aspired to be a surgeon, but due to challenges in securing a scholarship, I pursued a career as a biomedical technologist instead. For the past 12 years, I've been heavily involved in hospital planning, especially medical technology and integration. This path eventually led me to project management, where I’ve found a passion for the dynamic nature of the field and the opportunity to learn from each unique project.

In my projects, I’ve primarily worked with the waterfall methodology, but I find agility particularly fascinating. I’m currently exploring ways to integrate agile principles into a hybrid framework for hospital construction projects. I believe this approach can enhance flexibility and responsiveness in delivering complex healthcare facilities.
One of my proudest accomplishments was successfully handing over a Public-Private Funded teaching hospital project in Malaysia during the COVID-19 pandemic. Navigating new health regulations, procedures, and a high-demand client was no small feat, but it was incredibly rewarding. The experience earned me recognition as the first female project manager in the Asia region and was featured in our company global newsletter—a milestone I deeply treasure.

I’m excited to connect with fellow PMPs and share insights, experiences, and ideas to continue advancing in this ever-evolving profession. All the best in 2025.

Hi Azzah Othman, welcome to PMI's online community!

We're looking forward to learning from you as well. See you around the online community!

Danielle Parker Senior Project Manager| GE Vernova Davenport, IA, United States
Hello Everyone, my name is Danielle and I'm a Senior Project Manager and have been in this field formally since I left the Military back in 2011. However, when I was a kid I had plans to be a forensic anthropologist . . . but science wasn't really my jam after all.

My favorite project management tools tend to be tools that allow the most collaboration and integration with other tools, both internally and client facing. I had used KeyedIn and Mavenlink and really enjoyed using those. SalesForce can be a beast but I did like being able to use that within Professional Services to better align with the ends of the business that come before and after the project phases.

My draw to the Project Management world is really because that's how my mind works, methodically and with process and procedures and standardization. Even things in my personal life somehow end up getting run a sort of project! To be honest, my biggest desire is to work more with Process Improvement and Change Management.

My proudest moment? That's a tough one. I guess just really thriving in this world after all of these years and the times I've been able to run my own PMO, though short lived.

Welcome to PMI's online community, Danielle! Thanks for joining us.

Growing up, I became interested in forensic anthropology because of the TV show, "Bones," but I didn't end up in the sciences either. :)

I look forward to seeing you around the online community!

Jagruti Dhande Sr. Technical Program Manager| Lucid Windsor, Canada

Hi everyone, I'm Jagruti Dhande, and I'm currently a Technical Program Manager with experience leading large-scale programs, most recently in the electric vehicle industry at Rivian.

When I was growing up, I wanted to be an inventor and engineer! Having seeing my engineer parents performing those complex home projects, I was fascinated by how things worked and loved taking apart and rebuilding anything I could get my hands on. That curiosity and drive to create ultimately led me to engineering and then to project management. Beside my current role, I am also a Founder and CEO of GreenUrth, an ecommerce platform for eco-friendly and healthy products, based in Ontario, Canada.

I'm a big fan of tools that help teams collaborate effectively. I've used Jira, Microsoft Project, Asana, and Trello extensively for project tracking. For document management, I rely on tools like SharePoint, Google Suite, and Confluence. I'm also proficient in data analysis and visualization tools like Excel, Power BI, and Tableau. I'm always looking to learn more about the latest project management technologies, especially in areas like AI-powered project planning and risk management.

What drew me to project management was the challenge of bringing complex projects to life. I love the process of organizing teams, strategizing, and overcoming obstacles to achieve a common goal. What's kept me in it is the satisfaction of seeing a project through from conception to completion and knowing that I've made a tangible impact towards sustainability and decarbonizing transportation.

One of my proudest accomplishments was leading the launch of several vehicle programs at Rivian. By implementing program management best practices and streamlining processes, we were able to reduce rework significantly and deliver successful launches despite significant manufacturing and supply chain challenges. This not only improved customer satisfaction but also resulted in cost savings above industry standards. It was incredibly rewarding to see the hard work of the team pay off and to contribute to the success of such an innovative company.
