Hello, my name is Bubin Korah Mathew. I am an experienced IT Application Maintenance & Technical Support Specialist with a strong background in POS systems, IT infrastructure, and systems administration. Currently, I work as an IT Support Specialist at Greens Leaves Food Co. in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where I manage POS systems (NCR Aloha, Foodics, Micros), Google Workspace, ZKTeco devices, and food aggregator integrations.

With over 15 years of experience, I have developed expertise in IT troubleshooting, ERP implementations, network security (Fortinet, Palo Alto), Office 365 administration, and mobile device management (MDM with SOTI). I have also played key roles in menu management, inventory control, and technical documentation development.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from IEC University, India, along with certifications in CCNA, SAP BASIS, MS Dynamics, and Office 365. My passion lies in optimizing IT systems to enhance operational efficiency and delivering top-notch technical support to ensure smooth business operations.

My business office did not have a tailored PM templates so I've been the repository owner for the last 5 years- it has been a fun ride so far. I feel like I need to mingle with other PM's to ensure I am keeping up modern procedures and get a better understanding of what PMBOK 7th edition before I take my PMP exam.
